Description
Classic red vinification. Aged in oak barrel for six to eight months and twelve months in bottle. It can be aged for 5 to 7 years. Characterized by aromas of red fruit, cedar and blackcurrant against a vanilla background. On the palate it is typical of the variety, fine and rich with nice acidity. It pairs well with red meat and fatty dishes.
