Selection of the best quality grapes of the single vineyard. Classic red winemaking method with very long skin contact duration of 20-25 days. Maturation for 15 months in mostly new French oak barrels. A combination of ripe red and black fruit aromas with a rich, concentrated and velvet mouthfeel, followed by a long aftertaste. Very soft tannins and a round acidity that completes the delicious experience. It can be aged for at least 10 to 15 years. Ideal food combination for game, rabbit stew, meat with intense red fruit sauces.
