Description
Deep ruby colour with garnet shades. Intense and complex nose reminiscent of red mature fruit (strawberry, cherry) and black fruit (blackcurrant, plum, fig) harmonically combined with notes of chocolate, coffee, tobacco and coconut, spices and some hints of botanical notes. Full mouth with high levels of round tannins, medium acidity and a long aftertaste. The flavours in the mouth follow the ones of the nose. Pairs with red meat dishes in intricate sauces, game birds and other game meat and ripe, spicy cheeses.
