Description
Paranga wine combines the varieties Xinomavro, Merlot and Syrah in a unique way. Xinomavro comes from mountain vineyards of Amyndeon while Merlot and Syrah come from selected vineyards in the prefecture of Florina. The colour is bright red, while the bouquet is complex and reminiscent of blackberry with hints of green pepper. The whole has a light taste, volume, round character, but also a dominant acidity that ensures a long aftertaste. Mild tannins give the mouth the sensation of a chiselled, beautiful body.
