One part was vinified with the method of maceration after a very specific length of time with the skins, while the other part was vinified with a very short stay in the pneumatic press.Light and lively pinkish champagne to salmon colour (typical colour for a rose from sour cherry). Intense freshness framed by fresh fruit aromas of mainly ripe strawberry, small red fruits and exotic fruits like lychee. Lively in acidity but with perfect harmony at the end that leaves a fruity aftertaste that lasts. Ideal for Asian cuisine, shrimp, shellfish, sea urchin and seafood, pasta and pizzas, turkey and vegetables.
