Description

Bright, intense ruby colour. The aromatic palette is dominated by strawberry and cherry, forest fruits such as raspberry and blackberry, while the presence of sweet spices is noticeable. Mature and elegant body with balanced acidity, velvety tannins and a medium-lasting aftertaste. Pairs with spaghetti napolitana or bolognese, light meat and fish dishes, braised beef, Soutzoukaki a la Smyrna, moussaka, aubergines with tomato, pizza, sausages, yellow cheese.
