Description
Bright and dense, purple red colour.Well structured bouquet, combining aromas of red forest fruit, cherry jam and spices on a discreet oak background.Warm and full at first, it then unrolls its richness, structure and its noble tannins. The long finish sees the return of of the aromas of fruit and spices. Pairs with red meats but is especially fond of lamb chops or oven baked leg of lamb. A joy with a red sauce beef casserole or soft mature cheeses like brie or camembert.
