Description
Golden color with green hues, distinctive barrel presence with elegant aromas of vanilla and butter, intense and complex citrus bouquet, quince, honeycomb while as it evaporates it releases flowers and yellow fruit. Exuberant on the palate, fruit and barrel in harmony, with a perfect balance of flavours and very good acidity, fatness and persistence. About twenty minutes before enjoying it, decant it into a wide decanter. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, seafood, lamb, goat and pasta.
